garage flooring

My house is about 2 years old. My garage floor is kind of cracked. Its made of concrete. The garage is stained with oil from the vehicles. This gives it an ugly look. I have tried to wash it off many times with whatever solution I could get in the market, but of no use. The floor is concrete and wiping off stain is the major problem.
