BREAD KHEER

INGREDIENTS

Milk – 1 cup
Bread – 1 ½ slice
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts and raisins

METHOD
1) Remove the crust of bread slices and cut into slices.
2) Heat the ghee over a low heat and toast the bread cubes to a light brown color.
3) Add the milk, sugar and cook stirring well.
4) Allow the milk to boil.
5) Add the fried cashews and serve hot.
