SPICY EGG CURRY

INGREDIENTS

* Boiled eggs-4
* Onions - 2
* Tomato - 1
* Green Chilli - 3
* Coriander powder - 2tsp
* Garlic - 5
* Jeera - 1tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric Powder - a pinch
* Oil - 3 tbsp
* Salt - to taste
* Water

METHOD
1) Make a paste of 1 onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
2) In a pan pour oil. When heated, add jeera.When it splutters. add the remaining onion (slit lengthwise). Fry till it is golden brown.
3) Add finely chopped tomato. Fry till it is smashed properly.
4) Add the ground paste.
5) Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
6) Keep frying till the oil separates on the top and there is a raw smell.
7) Add water if the curry sticks on the bottom.
8) Make vertical slits on the sides of the curry and add them.
9) Toss the eggs into the curry.
10) Simmer for 2 minutes.
11) Sprinkle garam masala. Remove from heat when the curry is thick
