INGREDIENTS
* Shredded carrot - 1 1/2 cup
* Milk - 4 1/2 cup
* Ghee - 1/2 cup
* Sugar - 1 cup
METHOD
1) Put the shreeded carrot in the milk ( 1 1/2 cup).Keep on fire and cook. Keep till milk strains.
2) Put the balance 3 cup milk and reduce it till it becomes 1/4 portion.
3) Put the carrot into this and keep on fire for some more time.
4) Add sugar and reduce it again.
5) Add ghee and mix well till it gets mixed well.
6) Place on a greased tray and cut into pieces when hot.
