Rasmalai

INGREDIENTS

* Milk powder - 1 cup
* Baking powder - 1 tsp
* Cornflour - 1 tsp
* Egg white beaten - 1 egg
* Oil - 1 desert spoon
* Milk - 1/2 litre
* Sugar - 3/4 cup

METHOD
1) Mix together milk powder and baking powder.
2) Add cornflour, egg white and oil and mix softly. Keep for some time. make into small balls.
3) Boil milk. Add the sugar and make into a syrup.
4) Put the balls into the syrup.
5) Keep on low fire. The balls sweel up. Milk saffron and badam in a little milk and garnish with it.
