CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • Flour - 250 gm
  • Castor Sugar - 350 gm
  • Curd - 375 ml
  • Cocoa - 75 gm
  • Butter - 100 gm
  • Eggs - 3
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Bicarbonate Soda - 1 1/2 tsp

Icing

  • Butter - 50 gm
  • Icing Sugar - 100 gm
  • Melted Chocolate (cool) - 75 gm
  • Cocoa - 2 tsp
  • Milk - 1or 2 tsp

METHOD

  1. For the cake mixture , beat all the ingredients together until smooth for about two minutes.
  2. Spoon into paper cases placed in tin moulds.
  3. Bake at 190 C/375F.
  4. Remove from oven and cool.
  5. ICING: Beat butter until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Spread ingredients over the cakes.
  7. Decorate with extra grated chocolate.
