INGREDIENTS
- Eggs - 8
- Sugar - 300 gms
- Coffee Powder - 40 gms
- Sterlized cream - 300 gms
- Gelatine - 20gms
METHOD
- Mix eggs, sugar an coffee powder and cook at a very low temperature till thick.
- Add melted gelatine and cream.
- Pour it into a mould and keep in refigerator.
- Serve with dots of whipped sterlized cream.
