COFFEE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs - 8
  • Sugar - 300 gms
  • Coffee Powder - 40 gms
  • Sterlized cream - 300 gms
  • Gelatine - 20gms

METHOD

  1. Mix eggs, sugar an coffee powder and cook at a very low temperature till thick.
  2. Add melted gelatine and cream.
  3. Pour it into a mould and keep in refigerator.
  4. Serve with dots of whipped sterlized cream.
