INGREDIENTS
- Mutton - 1 kg
- Potatoes - 250 gm
- Onion sliced - 1 big
- Tomato chopped- 1 big
- Red cilies - 4
- Pepper - 1/2 teapoon
- Cardamoms - 4
- Cloves - 4
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1 large piece
- Garlic - 10 pods
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Oil - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
METHOD
- Clean mutton.
- Grind ginge, garlic. pepper and salt.
- Mix with vinegar and apply to mutton. Prick mutton well.
- Heat oil in cooker. Pour oil and fry the onions well. Add cinnamon, red chillies, cardamoms and cloves.
- When onion becom brown, add tomatoes and mutton nd fry till brown.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Close cooker and cook.
- After its cooked, open lid and dry the water in the roast byplacing on stove.
