MUSHROOM PULAV

INGREDIENTS
  • Basmati rice - 2 cup
  • Mushroom - 100g
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala(not powdered) - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala (powdered) - 1/2 tsp

METHOD

  1. Clean the rice and keep in thw water for 15 mins.
  2. Divide mushroom into 2. Put some salt and fry in oil.
  3. Saute onion and add garam masala (not pwd) and make into brown color.
  4. To this add rice,mushroom, salt and 4 cups water.
  5. Boil it. Then rduce flame and cook till it is done.
  6. After it is cooked, garnish wit garam masala and mushrooms.
