INGREDIENTS
- Basmati rice - 2 cup
- Mushroom - 100g
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala(not powdered) - 1 tsp
- Garam masala (powdered) - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Clean the rice and keep in thw water for 15 mins.
- Divide mushroom into 2. Put some salt and fry in oil.
- Saute onion and add garam masala (not pwd) and make into brown color.
- To this add rice,mushroom, salt and 4 cups water.
- Boil it. Then rduce flame and cook till it is done.
- After it is cooked, garnish wit garam masala and mushrooms.
