Stuffed Idiyappam

 I hate this usual idiyappam, appam, dosa, chappathi .. Fed up with this. But my hubby wants brekfast dishes for mornin and night.

So tried out something different. Everyone liked it. I am becoming a great chef these days. Try out this and do let me know if your family liked it.


Ingredients
For Idiyappam
Rice flour - 3 cups
Water-required to make the idiyappam mix

For stuffing
Carrot(shredded) - 1/2 cup
Cabbage shredded - 1/2 cup
Capscicum chopped - 1/4 cup
Garlic-2-3 cloves
Egg -1
Onion chopped-1/2 cup
spring onion

Method

1) Pour 2 tbsp oil into a pan. Add chopped garlic. Sauté .
2) add the onions and sauté till onion becomes transparent.
3) add the rest of the vegetable and sauté till cooked.
4) add salt as required and pepper powder. Add Garam masala if you
like it's taste.
5) add spring onion leaves and coriander leaves. Sauté well.keep aside

6) boil water. Mix little normal water into it ( so that the water is
warm ).
7) add this to the rice flour and keep mixing well till all the flour
is wetted And the mix Is of medium consistency. ( a little more water
content than the dough)
8) put this into an idiyappam squeezer. Sqeeze into idiyappam plate
while stuffing with the above mix.
9) cook till done
10) serve with tomato chutney
