A simple yet tasty snack. This is how I prepared my chicken toast sandwich
Cook 4-5 chicken pieces in a cooker. Chopped 2 onions, 3-4 cloves garlic and a small piece of ginger in my blender. Saute this in a pan. In the meanwhile, chop 1 carrot and a small piece cabbage. When the onion is sauted, add the carrot and cabbage. When it is cooked, add chopped tomato 1. Add coriander leaves
Saute well. Add a little water to get that moisture. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and coriander powder. Add a little garam masala powder. Add salt and pepper powder. add a little soya sauce. Mix well.
Shred the cooked chicken. - In case you don't like chicken (like my mother in law). You can add scrambled eggs instead)
Take your sandwich maker. If you don't have one, you can easily get one for 200-300 Rs. Iam not talking about the electric one, but the handheld sandwich maker. Which you can use on your gas stove.
Butter one side of a piece of bread. Place it butter face down in the sandwich maker. Place 2-3 small spoons of the chicken (or egg) mix. place the next piece butter-face up. Close the sandwich maker. Toast the bread.
