Fasting Month Recipes

With the onset of fasting, the food habits will be changed for a month.

I will now have to prepare some snack like cutlet, samosa etc + roti or some breakfast dish for ifthar at magrib. Its a difficult task as you have to be careful that the food won't cause any gastric issue. Also you won't be able to taste the food before serving. And Iam very bad at adding proper amount of salt :(

I will be putting up the items I prepare each day. Please feel free to give in any recommendations or suggestions.
