This is one of my top favorites .. coz its very easy to prepare ;)
There is one common mix. You prepare and place in the refrigerator. Take in 2-3 days maximum. A very good evening snack too.
For the mix.
Blend together carrot, cabbage and cooked chicken. Add in grated cucumber. Put all these into a bowl. Pour in mayonnaise as required. add little salt and pepper. Your mix is ready.
Serve it sandwiched in toasted bread or bun.
