Ingredients
-> Carrot - 1 big
->Beans - 4-5
-> Coconut - 3/4 cup
-> Dry Red chillies - 2-3
-> Curry leaves
-> Small onion (Shallots) - 5
-> Mustard seed - 1 tsp
-> Jeera - 1tsp
-> Turmeric powder - 1tsp
-> Onion chopped - 1 small
METHOD
1) Chop carrot and beans
2) Put oil ina pan. Add Mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter.
3) Add in curry leaves and dry red chilli.
4) add chopped onion. stir till coked.
5) add chopped veg. stir till cooked.
6) grind together coconut, turmeric powder, shallots and jeera to a coarse mix.
7) when the veg is cooked, add this ground mix.
8) Cook for a few minutes. serve
