Coconut Pudding

I havent tried this but will soon for my son's first birthday. Got this recipe from my sis Rizvana Manzoor.

Soak China Grass in water for about an hour. Boil milk. After it boils, add the china grass and stir in low flame till it dissolves. After its dissolved, add condensed milk and tender coconut pieces. Stir. Add sugar as required. Add the coconut water. make sure that you buy the tender coconut with less of sweet water and more of tender coconut.

Switch off the falem and allow to cool. Refrigerate and use the next day
