Coconut Pudding



Take the 1st Extract of 1 coconut and mix with 1 tin condensed milk.

In half a cup of water, melt 3 spoon of gelatine and melt in double boiler. Add this into the coconut milk mixture. Pour into pudding bowl.

Melt White chocolate ( as required) and pour above the coconut mix.

Allow setting in the refrigerator.

Beat 3 tbsp fresh cream(preferably whipping cream or heavy cream) and add to above the pudding. Serve topped with badam and cherries.
