Jilebi Nuts Pudding




Custard:

take 2 cups milk, add 5 eggs and 50 g sugar. Beat to mix. add a tsp of elaichi powder.

Steam this mixture for about 15 minutes.

Cool and Mix in Mixie.

Pour into pudding tray. add 1/4 kg crushed jilebis and 100 g cashew crushed. Mix.  Refrigerate and serve,.
