Chocolate - 170 grams
butter - 113 grams (1 stick)
sugar - 1 1/2 cups ( 3/4 cup white and 3/4 cup brown)
all purpose flour - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
eggs - 4
cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
Salt - pinch
Chopped chocolate +1/4 cup cocoa + 1 tbsp cofee powder.
Melt butter. Pour into this. Keep for 2 mins and then mix well to form paste.
Take the sugars in a bowl and mix well. Add 1 egg at a time and add salt. And whip well to get good airing.
Add in the chocolate mix and blend in.
Seive maida and 1/2cup cocoa into this and fold in. Don't beat.
Pour in and bake at 180c for 20 mins. After 20 mins take the pan out and whack it well. 2-3 times. Keep back and bake for about 20-25 mins.

Add, cashews, walnut or hazelnuts if you want to before baking.
