Easy lockdown chicken. Pizza



1 tsp yeast in half cup of warm water. Mix and Keep for 10-20 mins. It will froth up.
 
Add 2 cup maida + salt + oil. Knead add water and make it into the dough. cover with oil and keep aside. 

2 hours. Pizza base ready

Topping,
Chicken cube + curd + red chilli powder + haldi powder + cumin powder + garam masala powder + lemon juice + salt. Keep for 2 hours.

Later take out and cook on low flame covered for 5 mins and then open cover and cook till dry.

Flatten the dough, and prick with fork. Apply pizza sauce + chicken topping + capsicum + onion diced. Add Cheese on top.

Bake 220 c for 20 min
