Broken Wheat MotiChoor Laddoo

 


> 1 Cup Broken Wheat - Wash & roast on medium flame. 
    > Coarse grind it with a spoon of rava. 

> Pour Ghee in a pan. 

    > Fry Cashew & Raisins. Remove. 
        > Pour 1 cup milk + 1 1/2 cup water & boil. 
        > Lower flame. Add rava and mix well. 
        > Put on medium low flame and cover cook. 

            > Add 3/4 Cup sugar. Mix well till it thickens. 
            > Add fried nuts and raisins. + 1 tbsp ghee. 

                > The mix leaves the sides of the pan, -> Off flame. 

                    > Allow to Cool. 
                    > Apply oil to hands and roll into laddoo.
