The recipe is a good blend of Chicken and Almonds. A must check out....
INGREDIENTS
* Chicken - 1
* Yoghurt - 1 cup
* Onions - Chopped-4
* Ginger - 1 peice
* Garlic - 10
* Cloves - 6
* Cinnamon - 2 inch
* Almond - 15
* Elaichi(cardamom) - 4
* Cashew - 10
* Cocunut Milk - 1 cup
* Oil - 1/2 Cup
* Turmeric - 1 tsp
* Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
* Salt - to taste
* Coriander leaves - to garnish
METHOD
1) Chop the onions.
2) Grind together-Ginger+garlic+cloves+cinnamon+
cardamoms+cashew+almonds. Keep aside
3) Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry till light brown.
4) Add ground masala and fry well.
5) While frying add little water-about 3-4 tbsp.
6) Add yoghurt and chicken.
7) Add salt , turmeric, chilli powder. Cook for 10 min.
8) Add coconut milk.
9) Allow to cook for some time.
10) remove from fire. garnish with corinader leaves.
Serve with rice or rotis
