EASY CHILLI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken (medium size pieces) - 1 cup
Capsicum(medium) - 1 no
Onion(large) - 1 no
Garlic pod - 1 no
Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce

METHOD

1)Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and chilly powder atleast for an hour. (the longer the better)
:- Add salt to this mix only after tasting, since soy sauce is salty.
2)Dice onion and capsicum into big cubes.
:- Do not chop.
3)Saute the onion and capsicum till onions` pink colour starts to fade.
4)Cook the chicken separately along with a crushed piece of garlic.
5)When done, remove the garlic piece and add the chicken to the onion and capsicum.
6)Add tomato sauce and salt.
7)Saute till the mixture is dry.
:- Use little more oil if you want the chicken to get fried a bit
