A traditional Keralian style Chicken Curry Preparation.
INGREDIENTS
* Chicken sliced into small pieces - 1kg
* Small Onion - 1 cup
* Ginger - 1 small piece
* Garlic - 8 cloves
* Jeera - 1tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 desert tbsp
* Chilli powder - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
* Vinegar - 1 spoon
* Salt - to taste
* Oil - 1/2 cup
METHOD
1) Grind together Ginger, garlic, jeera, coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
2) Boil chicken pieces, small onion and the grinded mixture.
3) Separate the boiled chicken and the gravy.
4) Put anise seeds in oil and whne it starts spluterring put the chicken pieces and saute.
5) When its being cooked add the gravy and cook.
6) When the curry gets thick. Off the fire and serve hot.
