INGREDIENTS
- Soy Day(TM) Chunks - 50 g
- Pasta - 100g
- Red bell pepper - 50 g
- Capsicum - 100g
- Tomato Puree - 4 tsp
- Carrot - 1 medium
- Onion - 1 medium
- Olives - 4
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
METHOD
- Soak the Soy Day chunks in water for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain the water.
- Cook the pasta in salted water till tender but firm. Drain the water.
- Heat oilve oil in a non-stick pan. Saute garlic pastes, chopped onions, chopped capsicum, olives, carrot and red bell pepper.
- Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the soaked Soy Day chunks and cookes pasta. Mix well.
- Cook for a minute. Serve hot.
