- Prawns (shelled & deveined) - 500 g
- Mustard seeds soaked in water - 1 tbsp (15g)
- Water - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- chilli powder - to taste
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Mustard oil - 2 tsp (10 ml)
METHOD
- Grind the mustard seeds with salt and chilli powder to a paste.
- Stir into the coconut milk ad marinate the prawns in tis mixture for 30 mins.
- Put the prawns into microwave-sage dish,cover and cook at 100% power for seve min stirring once. Stand for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
