INGREDIENTS
• Mutton Chopped – 1 kg
• Oil – 100 gm
• Onion – 1/2kg
• Ginger sliced – 2 pieces
• Garlic Crushed – 2
• Greeen Chilli Chopped – 5
• Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala- 1 tsp
• Tomato (Chopped) – 2
• Curry leaves – 2 stick
• Salt – to taste
METHOD
1) Mix the mutton pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Cook the mutton.
2) Put oil in a pan. When oil is heated, add the sliced onion and sauté.
3) To this add the ginger, garlic, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Saute well.
4) Add the cooked mutton, chopped tomato and the curry leaves.
5) Cook till done.
