INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 300gm
Capsicum sliced - 1
carrot juveniles - 1
Cabbage juveniles - 1/2
Baby corns - 4
Onions sliced - 2
Tomato sauce - 2tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
Capsico sauce - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1/4 tsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
METHOD
1) Cut paneer into triangles.
2) Grind together the sauces, cornflour, ginger & garlic and marinate the paneer in this mix for 10 minutes.
3) Cook the marinated paneer, the rest vegetables and other ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
