Ingredients
- Ghee - 2tbsp
- Onion (sliced)-1
- Green chilli - 3
- Rice - 2 cups
- Egg - 1
- Salt
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli.
- Add the boiled rice.
- When the rice is heated, add the egg beaten with salt. Add in thread form and mix.
- When the egg is cooked, remove from fire and serve hot with Mulakupodichath.
