EGG RICE

Ingredients

  • Ghee - 2tbsp
  • Onion (sliced)-1
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Egg - 1
  • Salt
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli.
  2. Add the boiled rice.
  3. When the rice is heated, add the egg beaten with salt. Add in thread form and mix.
  4. When the egg is cooked, remove from fire and serve hot with Mulakupodichath.
Mulakupodichath: Grind 7 shallots and 1 green chilli. Mix in a lemon sized tamarind piece. Add salt and 2 tsp oil. Add little water if required.
