CABBAGE DOSA
Raw rice (soaked for 2 hours ) - 2 cups
Coconut grated- 2cups
Dry red chilli -6
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Tamarind – lemon size ball
Asfoetida – a pinch
Cabbage grated - cup
Grind together raw rice, coconut, dry red chilli and turmeric powder finely. Add tamarind juice, asfoetida and salt. Add the cabbage and mix well. Pour into a hot tava and make dosas.
