Easy to cook Sauce Chicken

Last day I prepared Coconut Rice and Sauce Chicken. Actually I had planned to make some special new chicken curry but ended up with this simple sauce chicken due to lack of time.

This is usually my final resort when the is time problem.

I bought 2kg Chicken. The fleshy pieces I keep away for Noodles, fried rice or so. The rest goes into the curry.

Method for Sauce Chicken.

Marinate chicken pieces in a marinade prepared out of ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt.

Cook this in a cooker with little water for say 1 or maximum 2 whistles.

Open the cooker lid and allow the water to evaporate in fire.

Heat Oil in a kadai. Add curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add the masala cooked chicken. When the chicken comes to a roast form, add in tomao sauce as per requirement. And allow to boil till it forms a thick roast.

Serve with Ghee Rice or Coconut Rice.

: The idea behind sauce chicken to make it hot enough with red chilli powder and then sweeten it with tomato sauce so that you get a hot and sweet chicken roast.
