Ingredients
-> Palak grated - 1 cup
-> Carrot, beans, cauliflower, Potato diced, green peas - 1/2 cup each
-> Mushrrom -4
-> Onions finely chopped - 3
-> Tomato finely chopped - 4
-> Ginger, garlic, green chilli chopped - 2tsp
-> red chilli powder - 1tsp
-> Coriander powder - 1 tsp
-> Turmeric powder - 1tsp
-> Garam masala - 1tsp
-> Pepper powder - 2tsp
-> Fresh Cream - 400ml
-> Butter - 30 ml
-> Salt
-> Sugar - 2 tsp
-> Oil - 30ml
METHOD
-> Palak grated - 1 cup

METHOD
- Remove the stalk from the palak, cook and grind to a paste.
- Heat pan and pour oil. add ginger, garlic & green chilli and saute.
- Add onions and saute well. Add tomatoes.
- When done, add the masala powders. Saute
- Add the palak paste. Add boiled vegetables and mushrooms.
- When the curry boils well, add salt and sugar.
- Add cream and butter and remove from fire.
