Palak Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

-> Palak grated - 1 cup
-> Carrot, beans, cauliflower, Potato diced, green peas - 1/2 cup each
-> Mushrrom -4
-> Onions finely chopped - 3
-> Tomato finely chopped - 4
-> Ginger, garlic, green chilli chopped - 2tsp
-> red chilli powder - 1tsp
-> Coriander powder - 1 tsp
-> Turmeric powder - 1tsp
-> Garam masala - 1tsp
-> Pepper powder - 2tsp
-> Fresh Cream - 400ml
-> Butter - 30 ml
-> Salt
-> Sugar - 2 tsp
-> Oil - 30ml

METHOD

  1. Remove the stalk from the palak, cook and grind to a paste.
  2. Heat pan and pour oil. add ginger, garlic & green chilli and saute.
  3. Add onions and saute well. Add tomatoes. 
  4. When done, add the masala powders. Saute
  5. Add the palak paste. Add boiled vegetables and mushrooms.
  6. When the curry boils well, add salt and sugar.
  7. Add cream and butter and remove from fire.
