1 Cup Rava Serves 2 People
> Roast 1 cup Rava, for about 2 minutes on medium flame.
> Oil in hot pan
> Add Mustard, Dry Red Chilli, Curry Leaf, and Urad Dal. (Add broken gram dal if you like). Stir till urad becomes light golden
> Add 1 Onion Chopped ( I chop onion and 1 carrot together in my Preethi Chopper Mixie Attachment )
> Add 1 Green Chilli + Grated Ginger. Salute till onion becomes slightly translucent.
> Add salt as required + Grated Coconut.
> Add boiling water ( 1 3/4 Cup water for 1 cup rava) + Ghee
> When it boils, lower flame and add the Roasted Rava.
> Mix
> Low flame, Cover and keep for 2 minutes.
> Off flame.
> Fluff with fork
